At the travel agency

Do you usually go to a travel agency or do you prefer to organise the trip on your own? Why?

I have never gone at a travel agency because I almost never have a trip. But when I want to make a trip I'd organise it by myself, sometimes I'm going to a family's house, in this way I'd save some money.

I have never been to a travel agency because I do not go on a trip very often but when I want to go on a trip I organise it myself.  Sometimes I go to a family member's house and in this way I save some money.
