The emergency services

That was quite good!

Fortunately, I have never had to call the emergency services, but I have seen many accidents in my life and also given first aid.
Many people can call the emergency services, but they are not able to help.
They watch fascinatinged the injured person, rather than to help there him or her.
Is that first aid? I believe not.
I admire and thank you so all emergency services, whether it's (whether it be) the red cross, the paramedics, the medical emergency service, mountain rescue, the Coast Guard or the fire department.
These people deserve all my respect and I want to say give them many thanks for (doing) this.

This is an excellent post, Elke !!! What you are saying is all true. Most people are so ignorant during a time of crisis. The paramedics saved my mother's life last year. Everyone in my neighborhood stood on the sidewalk and watched. They acted so stupid. I am thankful for the medical emergency as well !
