At the travel agency

Do you usually go to a travel agency or do you prefer to organise the trip on your own? Why?

I like to travel on my own. The travel agency got a problem; don't give me the liberty to go where I want to, in the moment I want to.

I like to make my own travel arrangements.  There is a problem with travel agencies.  They don't give you the freedom to go where you want, when you want.
