I don't mind travelling by train but If I am sincere, I hardly ever use it because I prefer travelling by car. In this way you don't have to follow any schedule. It is true that using public transport is cheaper, easier and less pollutant than travelling on your own car. Having said this, I recognize that when I have to go to Madrid I prefer to use the train because I'm afraid of driving there... Traffic jams and drivers are awful and you can feel very stressed and go mad! Furthermore, I have to use the car daily because the village where I'm working doesn't have any bus or train service so I have no choice!
