On the picture I see a young family consisting of four persons, a man and his wife and their children, a boy and a girl. The man is the father, his wife the mother of the young children. The boy is the brother of the girl, the girl is his sister.

You can also say: A young family of four members: the father, the mother and two children. Watch that persons mate, big mistake. Maybe you'll find this word useful: Geschwister=Sibling. The girl and the boy are sibling. Well done, or as you would say, gut gemacht = )
