Sure wish my Spanish was one-third as good as your English.  Because you are so good I'll get nit-picky. (Look that one up!)   If you do go camping rember to take some stick matches.  You never know when they will come in handy.

I've never gone on a camping trip yet.     You don't need "yet" since you have never gone.

I'd take with me my cell phone   "WIth me" is not needed.  You can use it but you do not need it.

I've never gone on a camping trip yet, I have yet to go camping,  perhaps I'll do it someday.  Let's see! if I were to go camping, I'd try to be very well prepared, because I love to be comfortable. I'd get a large camper van (RV) with several soft and large beds and a lot of food too. I'd take with me my cell phone, a TV, a radio, a couple of flashlights, a first aid box, a knife and if possible a shotgun (Yyou never Kknow), a lot of bottles of water, and probably some other things which aren't coming to my mind now. One thing that I wouldn't take with me is a tent, I would never change a good bed (air mattress) for a tent. Oh, I almost forgot, I'd take some books too.

 The past participle of the verb "to be" is "been"

eg. I have been, you have been, he has been, they have been, we have been.

To make these phrases in the negative form you just add "Never or "not"

eg. I have not been, I have never been, he has not been, he has never been.....etc.

If you want to include the word "yet" you could say......I have not yet been to...

but the "yet" is unnecessary in your sentence.
