I would call myself a semi-vegetarian; in fact, I normally eat more vegetables than meat. I never eat pork, it doesn't matter how it's cooked. What I usually eat during the week is something like this: A lot of vegetables, some fish, crabs, fruits, cereals, some nuts and, a little bit of chicken and a couple of eggs. Generally, I stay away from red meat for months. If it were up to me, fast food wouldn't sell much. Besides a good diet, it's very important to have an active lifestyle; if you sit most of the day, then you'll have a big belly in no time. Stay away from cholesterol and sugar, and do some exercise to stay healthy.
