I can not exceed the speed that's the traffic sign . when traffics lights are in red I halt ,and the traffic sign painted on the floor tell me that I have precaution I cannot exceed the speed limit on the traffic sign. When the traffic lights are at red, I stop. the sign on the road tells me there is a hazard(pedestrians crossing) |
