Music, lovely subject... althought would be better to listening it that to write about it. What I could to say about music... the truth is that I don't know anything... only that I love it... because the music always bring you to places in your mind... there was a time in my life that I liked the piano music... and I always was listening Richard Claiderman, now I don't remember if his name was written like this.... I imagine that at this moment I needed to hear this kind of music... in another times of my life I liked listening classic music, kind adagios or films soundtrack... I always said that I couldn't to live without to hear music in my life... and somehow it's true... sometimes for personal circumstances, I cannot listening music with the frecuency that I would want... or nothing... and I can feel that my soul is sadder... because even when I am a little sad, the music soothes my mind (soothes is a new word for me ¿¿??, I wanted to say "aliviar", I'm not sure how is in english) ... because music doesn't fit in my body only through my ears, also through of my skin... I know that is difficult to understand, but it's like this as I feel the music. I couldn't say what instrument I like more... because I'm sure that a good music would sounds well in any musical instrument. *** "because music doesn't fit in my body only through my ears, also through of my skin" in this sentence I'm not sure what word use... if fit, or get in, or inside... please tell me what is better or if there are other expression to say that I want. fill........  Music fills the room.  Music like water in a jug can br poured over everything. . The water fills the jug.  The music fills my soul ( alma)  with love/ happiness/ excitement.

Music overwhelms me .  La musica esta abrumador/ arollador.  (  ?-- si o no?)

You  can say  'Music gets inside me.'  This is why we dance.  No one can listen to beautiful music without swaying/ moving to the rhythm / humming/ singing/ dancing.

aliviar    to alleviate..  to lift a mood.  Music lifts my mood.  Music soothes me.

Can and could..........  Can --- to be able to  ( tiene la capaciad de...)     Could   is a possiblity     ( possibilidad.).

Muy bien hecho  Paqui..

Hello Robin, I hope you are ok.... thanks for your correction and for your words, you are very kind... by the by, "solely" a new word for me, I didn't know it... could I use it for example in this sentence, instead of "only" "... I solely want to rest and to forget it everything..."

Hugs :-)

Very good :) Hey I learned a new word here too "aliviar" :) Gracias.

P.S. To answer your question...The most popular verb for what you are trying to say would be "to fill" e.g  Music fills our bodies with joy. I'm not sure if this translates into Spanish but "me llenó la música" ?? "the music filled me?" No lo sé.

Take care.

Hello Pierre, thanks for your correction. The translate is right more or less (music fills our bodies with joy = la música llena nuestros cuerpos de alegria). But really I mean that music "enter" in my body, with the mean of "entrar"... as (my son "entered" in mi bedroom), but I'm not sure if I can use this word in this sentence "music enter in my body through my skin and my ears...)... hahaha... it's a little difficult to explain for me... thanks anyway...and I'm glad that you learn a new word in my exercise  :-)

Hugs, and take care you too

My dear friend Alberto, thanks for your correction and for your time, especially now that I know you are very busy... I believe that I agree with you, because I think that "into"is the word that is nearest to I wanted to say... because fill = llenar;  and enter =entrar... I'm confused hahaha....  although now, I know how to tell it of other form, or with a similar mean.... still I don't know how I write so much knowing the mistakes that I have got hahaha... ok, I finish... thanks for your words, you are very kind with me.

Hugs ;-)
