I know three wind instruments: the flute, the saxophone and the trumpet. Three string instruments are the guitar, the violin and the harp. I don´t know the differents betwen viola and violin. But I am no musician. I don´t play an instrument. Nevertheless I like to hear the saxophon and I love big orchester with the percussion and the drums. And I like to dance to good music. My favorite is/was Michael Jackson. I love his songs.

Mit some und any drücken wir im Englischen eine unbestimmte Anzahl oder Menge (etwas, einige, ein paar) aus. Die Wörter some und any bleiben im Deutschen oft unübersetzt. Beispiel: Have you got any crisps? (Hast du Chips?) some: bejahte Aussagesätze, Bitten, Angebote und Fragen, wenn die Antwort "Ja" erwartet wird any: verneinte Aussagesätze, Fragen allgemein Have you got any bananas? No, we haven't got any. But we've got some oranges.(Haben Sie Bananen? Nein, wir haben keine. Aber wir haben Apfelsinen.) Beispiel: Ich möchte auf dem Markt Gemüse kaufen. Ich sehe, dass der Händler Äpfel hat. Ich kann in dieser Frage some verwenden. Can I have some of these apples? Wenn ich nicht weiß, ob es überhaupt Äpfel gibt (weil ich z.B. keine sehe), dann benutze ich in der Frage any. Have you got any apples? |
