In the first picture I am seeing three mates. They are meeting to drink a beer. In the second one are two little girls.They are close friends. They have got a secret service. ( Is it right, I don't know ?) In the third one there are a young man and a young woman. They have a love relationship.

In the first picture I am seeing see (or: I can see) three mates. They are meeting have met to drink a (some) beer. In the second one there are two little girls.They are close friends. They have got a secret service. ( Is it right, I don't know ?) In the third one there are a young man and a young woman. They have a love relationship. (They are in love / They are a couple - I think it is more natural to say it in this way)

They have got a secret OR: They keep something secret.
