The last 4 years I jogging regularly in a week, and the peak is the Halmarthonin at the Wachau. My time is not so good 1 hour 50 min but it isn't not so importend. Last year I began hiking and first time one climbed 3000m it was great and wonderfull. I will again climb to a 3000 Peak in Tyrol this year. Now I also started in Fitness Center and it's great fun to have a healthy fitness.
