Oh, this is very difficult for me. I will try to explain it. In Austria it is the proportional representation. That means that all Austrian citizen have the right, to vote in an election. Besides the election of the federal president, it is possible to vote in regions the National Council and at the country level, the municipal council. Moreover the Austrian representatives can vote for the European Parliament.

Oh! This is very difficult for me. I will try to explain it. Austria has proportional representation. All Austrian citizens have the vote. Citizens elect the president. Austrians also vote for representatives of the National Council at the Federal level as well as municipal and regional representatives. Additionally Austrian representatives vote at the (or in the) European Parliament.
