I have been in Germany, in Austria, in Switzerland, in the United Kingdom and in Spain.

(Note : saying 'in Austria' etc is better for when describing periods of time - eg 'I was in Austria for three weeks'; to say where you've been, better to use 'to' - I have been to Germany, to Austria etc)
