The English is good but does not answer the question - sorry.   :¬(

The question was looking for what type of details are on your passport or identity card: so maybe your address, your date of birth and your gender.

Anyway, here are some small changes / corrections:

The first picture is of a mailbox, in the second picture it shows the baby's birthday and the third picture shows some [male and female] symbols.

You can say "in the picture it shows..." or you can say "the picture shows...." but not "in the picture shows..."
