I don't have much experience with that topic, but I know a couple who had an artificial insemination.
The costs are very expensive and so it is very stressful for the parents if it works or not.
There is also the risk of a multiple birth of 3, 4 or maybe 5 childs and the risk that some foetus die.
If an artificial insemination is the last way to get childrens and the anxiety for childrens is so big, I think it is ok to too that this way.
