I can see a lot of numbers twenty-six, forty-three, one hundred, ninety-nine, seventy-six, twenty-two, thirty-one, sixty, eighty on the picture.

May be it is better to use preposition "in" before the word "picture" and start the sentence with this phrase. And, perhaps, it would be better to split the sentence in to two parts. In the picture, I can see a lot of numbers; they are twenty-six, forty-three, one hundred, ninety-nine, seventy-six, twenty-two, thirty-one, sixty, and eighty.
