1. A Flat is a good option for single people or little family, it can be also very economic because one can share with the neighbors some of the costs. 2. What I like from a Loft is the huge space with few walls and the good light that one become through the big windows. 3. I think that temporary residence are a good option only for campig but not for living. At least, that one should travel a lot.
