At the travel agency

I usually organize my trips with some travel agency. though  I contact to they them through   the Internet. Also, I reserve sometime a hotel room and plane or train tickets by Internet. There are many travel agencies which organize bike travel in many countries and they provide bicicles, desing of stages, booking charming hotels and luggage transporting from hotel to hotel, so you just have to enjoy the journey. I think the service of the agencies is very good because they know very well the place and the succes of trip is almost sure.

Excellent piece of work. I re-wrote it as I would say it. We say "on the internet" eg, "I bought it on the internet" "I booked it on the internet" etc. Also, there is nothing wrong with "reserve" and "reservation" but we tend to say "book", "booked" and "booking". Eg, "I booked it on the internet, it was an excellent booking."  In English we say "I know the place very well". "Certain" or "guaranteed" is better here than "sure".
