 At the Pharmacy, I can buy Tha tablet, cough drops, teh antihistamines, the anti-inflammatories , the painkillers, the cough syrup, the ointments, the homeopethic medicines,ge the neric medicines, and the brand name medicines.

Such a complete list... Excellent !!

Consider making a complete sentence whenever possibile. Also, you need not use a definite article for each noun in a list.
