Hi to everybody, I agree with Henryhill, it's a good intention but too poor, because nowadays people don't stop to adquire new customs or manners instead we run doing so many things. I would consider the idea like to create the "earth's friend fashion", yes and to plan actions to envolve all kind of activities, just about music, entertainment, cloth, etc so the way of thinking will change. It would be a very hard work, it would have to be sponsored by the all countries' governments.
