of course we call that Jesus is son of God, but we should remember that christianity is monoteism. A lot of (for example) muslims think that we believe in 3 Gods, so we should always say that Jesus is prophet and God called him his son, but we have only one God. :)

Noo, you don't understand. I said a lot of people think that christians believe in 3 Gods. Of course it's a lie, because we have only one God. I said "for example muslims", because my muslims friends asked a lot about God in christianity.
We say that we have one God in 3 persons but still one God. Jesus, prophet and God's son (God called him his son), God and "Holy Ghost", we can say... his strength. So, there are 3 persons as I said: God, Jesus (his prophet) and Holy Ghost (his strength).
I hope you aren't angry, I didn't write nothing badly about muslims, because I respect them so much.
I don't understand yours "is sue for me(cause I'm a muslim). It's sounds not good, so as I said, don't want to say badly things about muslims. :) Just I said they only asked me. :)

Jesus made people free... Hm, it's so hard to explain why God called Jesus his son. We can say... from gratefulness? I think it's easiest explaining. Just God had plan for Jesus, Jesus did this plan.

Oh, I can tell you why Jesus had been called son of God, because he was a good man, he was a prophet! Actually, a lot of good people had been called children and sons of God in the Bible, here are some examples:
Matthew 5:9
"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."
Matthew 5:44-45
"But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven."
Genesis 6:2
"the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose."
And see also this:
Exodus 4:22
"Thus says the LORD, Israel is my firstborn son"
Do you see, God says about Israel "my firstborn son".
So we can see that a lot of people are called children and sons of God in the Bible. There is nothing special about Jesus to make Christians say that Jesus is a begotten son of God! According to the Bible, Jesus is a son of God exactly like Israel, and like other prophets.
A lot of Christians tell me that they believe that Jesus is a begotten son of God and that he is a God like his father, which had never been mentioned in the Bible!!
If you say that Jesus was calling God by: "My father", it's not special for him, but he also taught you to call God by "Father",
Luke 11:2
"He said to them, “When you pray, say: “Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come...."
So, there is nothing special mentioned in the Bible says that Jesus is a begotten son of God, or that he is a God like his father (God), or that he is a part in the trinity, or these things.
Jesus was a man, a human, only a human. God created him exactly like Adam. God created Adam without a father or a mother, and created Eve from Adam without a mother, and created Jesus from a mother without a father. It's a miracle from God to creat Jesus without a father. But Jesus is a prophet, of course a great prophet, but he is still a prophet, exactly like Adam, Noah, Abraham, Israel, Isaac, Moses, ...... and the last prophet Mohammed, peace be upon all of them. He was just a prophet exactly like them, nothing more, and what the Bible says about him:
John 8:40
"As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God."
As you can see he was just a prophet. Any prophet is a man who is sent from God, he (any prophet) hear the truth from the God and tell it to the people, and that is exactly what jesus said. Nothing more!
Actually, I had more to say, but I have wrote a lot already, so I don't want to write more, maybe later! I really want to mention some verses from the Qur'an about Jesus to prove that we (Muslims) believe in Jesus as a great prophet, but I can give you where they are in the Qur'an, as there are long verses about Jesus in the Qur'an!
