As for me, I can't have papaia, any oil or bread... I'm an athlete so my nutrion plan is mostly based on proteins, low rate of slow carbohydrates and no fats at all - so every morning 5 egg whites, 200 gr of zero fat cottage cheese and a glass of 0,5% milk or 1% kefir (Russian yoghurt) make my breakfast. Strong black coffee is also a must)))
I see - if you are trying to lose weight, you should eat 6 times in small portions focusing on protein and slow carbohydrates and you should forget fats and fast carbohydrates such as all kinds of sugar))) And the main condition - no sugar at breakfast but instead at least 20 grams of protein (you can find it in egg whites or cottage cheese or just low-fat cheese)
My breakfast is cereal with milk, but in the morning at 9.00 am I usually eat a portion of fruits, I like papaia, banana and mango. Fruits are a good option if you try to lose weight.
