I do it myself. I think whether I do it good or bad,it is a try .If you never do it,you never know what it is.Employ someone seems that you maybe reduce some trouble,but in fact you will lose many joys.If you forbid children to do it,it is rather than cuting down their growth.Just it is my opion.
