Usage: it's used to indicate personal experience, professional experience, things you finished doing, many people use this tense as a variation of past.
hasn't = has not
haven't = have not
She hasn't eaten sushi yet.
Anna hasn't played the piano for 3 years.
You haven't writen a letter yet.
you have to invert the order among the object (person) and the auxiliary (have/has)
Has she eaten sushi yet?
Hasn't Anna played the piano for 3 years?
Have you writen a letter yet?
Where have you worked for 4 years?
When have you gone to the beach?
