Hello Haran!
When I plan to have a good time, I go with my friends. We go to the theatre or exhibition(?), and sometimes we go on a nature walk*when we eat, drink and talk about everything everything.
* ' I plan' = you plan today or for the future: I plan. 'I plan to go on my holidays next month.'
I planned = you made plans in the past; ten minutes ago, last month or any time in the past.
* When we go out into the country and eat food, we call it 'having a picnic.'
Good work!
Keep writing, the more you write the more you learn! :-)

Although we cannot see much life-ballet (we are not allowed to come in with a three years old child :( ) my daughter and I watch some of the performences on youtube... there isn´t the same quality not the same atmosphere (although it is much more to chose from), but it is so much ... can´t find the right word... it makes you feel more beautifull! so we are gratefull for the things we have (I mean we are gratefull to have it on youtube :) )
very glad to meet people who like it too ! :)

Hello Alicia! :)
I do like ballet too! Although we cannot see much live* ballet (we are not allowed to go on* with a three years old child:() my daughter and I watch some of the performances on you tube. This is my latest discovery, I love this version of La Scala! I recommend it highly!

* the expression is 'live' meaning that you see or watch events actually being performed rather than watching a recrding on tv.
* you go in any where, a shop, the cinema, your house etc., but you come out from these places.
* 'choose' you choose something now; what to go to work in, whether to have a cup of tea or coffee, whether to wash your hair or not etc.
You chose yesterday, or last week, or ten minutes ago to do those things, because it was in the past.
*It is always difficult to put into words what you feel when you watch a beautiful ballet, the grace of the dancers, the storyline of the ballet and the music - it is all so emotional.
It is an emotion on a very high plane - you are out of the world that you know for two or three hours and completely entranced by the whole experience, but I do think the music has a great deal in transporting us to these heights. I particularly like Tchaikovsky - his music is very passionate and moving - especially in Swan Lake!
Thank you for this contribution Alicia!
I will look up your link to A Midsummer Night's Dream! :)

Thank you very much, June. You are so kind! I´m very happy to see you here, so I was warried: I didn´t know if something bad could have happened.
I´m from Russia (although I lived more in Spain then in San Petersburg). I must love Chaikovsky (and I really do). I don´t know if you might like opera also, but when you are saying that his music is very passionate and moving, I just can´t avoid thinking of Evgeniy Onegin. I would also say there are two passions and movings: one of Pushkin (the author of the "novel") and another of Chaikovsky.
Thank you very much for your kindness!!!
