I've made a list  of Italian expressions [sorry, some expressions may be vulgar, but there aren't many ;) ]:

∆Prego! / Non c'è di che (ringraziare)! / Di niente  [=You're welcome]
∆Grazie (Thanks)
∆Il mio nome è ... / Mi chiamo ... (My name is ...)
∆Quanti anni hai (How old are you) ?
∆Dammi la tua penna (Give me your pen!)

∆Va bene (= ok- It's also used to say: "It's going well")

∆Come va? Va bene! (=How's it going? It's going well!)

∆Dimmi come si fa! (Tell me how to do it!)
∆Stai bene? (Are you fine?)
∆Giochiamo a scacchi? (Shall we play chess?)
∆Il computer è acceso/spento (The computer is on/off)
∆Che è successo (What's happened?)?
∆Che sta succedendo? (What's going on?)
∆Perchè sei qua/qui? (Why are you here?)
∆Come ti senti (How do you feel?) ?
∆Cosa ti piace fare (What do you like doing?) ?
∆Qual'è il tuo sport preferito (What's your favourite sport?)?
∆Perchè ti piace il latino / l'inglese / il francese (Why do you like Latin / English / French?) ?
∆Perchè non c'eri alla festa ieri sera?, cosa stavi facendo? (Why weren't you at the party yesterday evening? What were you doing?)
∆Non ti è concesso / permesso di entrare in questa stanza (You are not allowed to enter this room)
∆Dovresti [conditional of dovere = should in English] farlo [fare = to make / to do + lo = pronoun meaning object, not only the arcticle] (= you should do it)
∆Non fare un passo falso, altrimenti ... (literal: don't make a false step, otherwise = don't do anything wrong, otherwise ...)
∆Non chiudere la porta! / Chiudi la porta! (Don't close the door! / Close the door!)
∆Ci ha fatto fare tutti i suoi compiti  (He made us do all his homework)
∆Qualsiasi + sostantivo [Whatever + noun]
∆Chiunque venga [Chiunque + conjunctive of venire] qua, sarà punito (Whoever comes here, will be punished)
∆Ho bisogno di te (I need you)
∆Scendi / vieni giù immediatamente (Come down immediately)
∆E' un piatto molto saporito (= It's a very tasty dish- NOTE: Dish and Plate are said in the same way in Italian]
∆Non mi lasciare da solo/a! (Don't leave me alone!- NOTE: "Da solo/a" can also be used for saying "by yourself" and so on...)
∆Stai zitto! / Taci! (Shut up!)
∆Questo edificio / palazzo potrebbe [conditional of potere] cadere (first "e" is long unlike Latin) da un momento all'altro [literal: This building could fall from a time to another =This building could fall anytime]
∆Non mi dar(e) fastidio! (Don't bother me)
∆Mi stai dando fastidio (You're bothering me)
∆Non dire cazzate [=Don't say bollocks]
∆Perché? Perché... (Why? Because...)
∆Perdonami (forgive me)
∆Puoi fare questo per me? (Could you do this for me?)
∆Mi piacerebbe volare (I would like to fly)
∆Un giorno ce la farò! (I'll do it one day!)
∆La cosa peggiore che abbia mai visto! (literal: The worst thing I've never seen = The worst thing I've ever seen- In Italian both "never" and "ever" are said as "mai")
∆Purtroppo è troppo tardi! (It's too late unfortunately)
∆Fumare nuoce / fa male alla salute (=Smoking is bad for health!)
 

Ciao, mi chiamo Anna e sono tedesca. Ho trovato questo sito due settimane fa. L´idea è eccellente! Davvero mi piace di più imparare l`italiano se posso comunicare. Per fare prattica sto leggendo un libro per i bambini "C´era due volte il barone Lamberto" che  è scritto semplicemente da Gianni Rodari. Sono cosi cententa di leggere qualcosa in italiano e comprendere:))
