Water and Depression, Stress and Anxiety
Stress, depression and anxiety are three very different conditions. However, many people experience a combination of these three. Sometimes the stress can lead to the other two, for example. There are many things that can be done to heal these emotionally tolling conditions, including removing stressors from our lives, taking medications, resting, exercising, meditation and yoga and more. However, did you know that water can also help?

1.. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2.. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4.. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5.. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6.. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

I drink up to 2 litres of water a day, that excludes all my other drinks as well, juice with breakfast, and teas and coffees at other times too. Dehydration is a killer!
Water also helps with the skin, and for women it helps with celluite (SP).
water is one of the important need of the human daily life. In the world arround 75% of area is covered by the water, as in our body. ours body also made of 75% of water.......
we need water at every stage of life.If the wate is contaminented then it will cause to some diseases.
the 5-7 glass of water per day can reduce my disease, it can keep the body and mind fit.
the other thing is that the water used for cooking and drinking must be pure.
whenever you feel some headache you can take one glass of water and you'll feel good in few seconds.
