U have to use simple past when the period of your action (about what u want to say) is ended. For example, i went to the cinema yesterday.
If the period is not ended u have to use past participle. For example, i have been in cinema today.
He burns his hands in the fire.
He burnt his hands in the fire.
He has burnt his hands in the fire.
I buy my house
I bought my house
I will say, Can I to buy my house, I bought my house, and, I have bought my house. I think so.
