I've been going to the dentist all my life. I mind very much going but I have to. The next to the last time time I gone, my dentist told me: "This is the last filling I can do to this wisdom tooth" the next time I'll have to pull it out. I still remember that time. It was awful: while she was saying "Don't swallow!!!!", "Don't move!!!", I was drowning in my own saliva. Even so, she's the best. Her hands are very lightweight, the drill and all that torture instruments ... sorry all that odontological instruments are extensions of her fingers ... and she's always smilling which is the best quality of human beings.

I followed your advice: I chose a simply way to write as if I were speaking .... You know that I found "odontological" on Internet. Why did you choose "orthodondic"? ... À la prochaine !!!

I've been going to the dentist all my life. I mind very much going but I have to. The [next to the last time time] time before the last I [gone] went, my dentist told me: "This is the last filling I can do to this wisdom tooth" the next time I'll have to pull it out. I still remember that time. It was awful: while she was saying "Don't swallow!!!!", "Don't move!!!", I was drowning in my own saliva. Even so, she's the best. Her hands are very lightweight, the drill and all [that] those  torture instruments ... sorry all that odontological orthodontic instruments are extensions of her fingers ... and she's always [smilling] smiling which is the best quality of human beings.

Very good Yubia.

Forensic odontology is the proper handling, examination and evaluation of dental evidence obtained from a corps.

Orthodontical referes to the practice of dentistry and the use of its instruments.

I hope this is clear enough for you to understand.  Good question, if there are any more please go ahead and ask.
