In my opinion every woman has to dress up, so as any man.
The woman looks when she is most charming, elegant and confident, have the same
to care for hair, hands, feet, facial cleaning, as well as all
the body.

In my opinion every woman has to dress up, same as any man.(OR so should men) A woman looks best when she is most charming, elegant and confident. She should care for her hair, hands, feet, face facial cleaning, as well as her body.
