I had a bad feeling when I opened one of my bank letters last week. I could see that the percentage rate was quite minor that we had agreed one year before. The following day I went to the bank, and closed my bank account after a discussion with the bank office manager. I felt as I had been robbed.

Quite minor ...I think you mean,  less than?
