The brain is the most important part of human body, because control all the fundamental vital functions, any minimum damage can create irreparable problems or death even if neurosurgery make great stride (in Italy we say "Giant steps" I don't know if was correct) to prevent and treat many brain damages.
The kidney's function are to filter the blood like a sponge to clean it and to eliminate all waste substances that are expelled with urine.
The eyelash's function are to protect the eyes by sweat and other external substances, without those tiny hairs the sight may be compromised.
