There are diverse things that define a culture. I live in Italy and, surely, one of the most important aspects of our culture is cultural heritage. Italy is the country with more Unesco's site in the world; there are many famous italian works of art, not only, in the italian museums but in the museums of the world (e.i. "La Gioconda" is showed in the Louvre museum in Paris).
We can't even forget our traditional music. The Opera was born in Italy and now is renowned all over the world and it is something the Italians are proud of.
Another key element of our culture ist the gastronomy. Every region has its own typical cuisine that is, at same time, delicious and healthy. A tourist, that comes in Italy, can't afford not to taste our typical dishes.
Unfortunately there are many stereotypes about the Italians. Usually the Italians are said to be dishonest, tricky, chaotic. I have to admitt that sometimes these stereotypes are true, but there are many honest Italians that observe the rules, work a lot and try to make these stereotypes untrue.

Thank you very much, your help is precious for me.

I have a question. In this phrase " one of the most important aspects of our country is it's cultural heritage" why do you use "it's" and not "its".

Thank you again and happy new year!!!!!!!!!

Bene.
