My culture

There are Many diverse things that define a culture. I live in Italy and, surely, one of the most important aspects of our country culture is it's cultural heritage. Italy has is the country with more the greatest number of Unesco World Heritage listed sites in the world; there are many famous Italian works of art, not only in the Italian museums but in the other museums of the world (e.i. "La Gioconda" is shown in the Louvre museum in Paris). We mustn't  can't even forget our traditional music. The Opera was born in Italy and now is now renowned all over the world and it is - something the of which the Italians are very proud. of  Another key element of our culture ist the it's gastronomy. Every region has it's own typical cuisine that is, at same time, delicious and healthy. Any tourist who that comes in to Italy, can't afford not to taste our typical dishes.

Unfortunately there are many stereotypes about the Italians. Usually the Italians are said to be dishonest, tricky and chaotic. I have to admitt that sometimes these stereotypes are true, but there are many honest Italians that who observe the rules, work hard a lot and try to disprove make these stereotypes.  untrue.

I have a question. In this phrase " one of the most important aspects of our country is it's cultural heritage" why do you use "it's" and not "its".
