I try to eat fish regularly, at least twice a week. I like cod, haddock, salmon and sole. I know a lot of recipes and I can prepare delicious fish dishes. I really dislike anchovies and mullet. I prefer fish to shellfish as we aren't used to eating shellfish in Russia, so we must be careful! I have tried all kinds of shellfish and I find it really tasty but I don't feel well if I eat this kind of food more often than twice a month.
