Yup!... "I am a dentist and I love my job", remember that "love" is a noun and a verb!

Tecnically speaking you didn't answer the second question, you say you love your job, but not what work you would like to do. If you don't like any other job more than yours you should answer something like: "I am a dentist and I love my job, so I wouldn't like any other job more than mine". 

Everyone in a conversation will understand you don't like any other job more than yours, but if you're taking a test the correct answer is the one that completly answer the question!
