¿Conoces datos interesantes sobre el universo? ¿Cuáles son?

Lo siento, pero no sé ninguna hechos interesante sobre el universo.
Lo hice ver en la televisión cuando el primer hombre caminó sobre la luna. Me pregunto es que va a ocurrir de nuevo? Creo que cuesta demasiado dinero.

I suppose you said: I did watch in TV when the first man walked on the Moon .., but "I did watch it", never is translated to Spanish as: "Lo hice ver" .., it is just "Lo ví"
Why do english people use to do in this way, in afirmative sentences? I mean, I did watch, I do watch ..., Is this to emphasize what you are or were doing?

En Inglés se lo digo. Me gusta entender por qué, y cuando lo busqué, me dijeron que se remonta a "Inglés Antiguo", pero solía ser común en muchos idiomas.

In English we do say this. I do like to understand why, and when I looked it up, I was told it goes back to "Old English" but used to be common in many languages.

It is used as emphasis, but it is used more than just for that.
