Watching TV

When I was younger I used to watch TV series every day. It was a very lazy period when I was at high school and had a lot of free time. When I came back home and did  my homework I usually watched TV afterwards. Sometimes I even didn't even do my homework and didn't eat anything after I came back from school however I could would turn on the TV immediately. When one TV series was finished I always found something interesting on another channel. My mother usually was very got angry with me, because I can spent so many hours in front of the TV set. As I said I was hooked on TV series and my favourite was a comedy series. Nowadays I don't have much time to watch TV and frankly I don't like doing it any more. I sometimes watch the news or a documentary,but when I have a free time and want to relax I woud rather reading a book than watching TV.
