The temporary residence is nearly to  almost like a studio but you can remove  relocate it. The loft is on the last floor and it's brighter than the flat which is situated in the ground floor. The flat is bigger than a studio and it contains some few rooms.

Well done. Follow Bouaraba's suggestions. The way he and Mouhoub use punctuation is what you want to do.


Some suggestions from me:

     Change "last floor" to "top floor."

     ...situated on the ground floor.

     The flat is bigger than a studio and it contains separate rooms. ("some" is ok, but "separate" might be better in this case.)
