I´m not vegetarian because I love the meat. I like all kind of meat such as lamb, veal and beef. Only I would become a vegetarian if I had a high cholesterol level. However, I think that being vegetarian is very boring because you must check the calories of your intake. -------------------------------Nowadays, It is very important to have a healthy lifestyle. More and more, people are getting fatter. There are a lot of reasons for this happening. The main reason, it is that people have a sedentary lifestyle. For example, the most of people don´t do any exercise during the week because they are very lazy or are very busy with their jobs or studies. I think that is very important to do some exercise every day to be able to get fit. Also, it is very important to have healthy diet. Nowadays, people eat worse and worse. For example, the fast food is very bad, because it is a high level in calories food. In my opinion, in order to have a healthy diet, people must do at least five lunchs every day. Breakfast is very important in order to avoid snacking between meals. In the main lunch, people must avoid eating food with a high level greasy. For a healthy diet, it is recommended to eat a lot of fruits and vegetable such as apples, bananas , watermelons, lettuce, tomatoes and so on. Also, it is recommended to drink a lot of water to satisfy your hunger. To sum up, in my opinion it is very important to make people realize about the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.
