The shopping list

Before I go shopping I usually write my shopping list. I normally buy bread, milk and butter, sausage and cheese, eggs and meat (chicken, pork chops or beef). Also, I buy little some sweets; these could be biscuites, sweet  candy or chocolate. For the house I buy detergent. And of course I don't forget  remember to buy shampoo, soap and toothpaste.

This is very good.

It would be more common to say, ".....I usually write down or write out a shopping list."

In English when you are listing items in a sentence, use commas between the items and use "and" only at the end. (For example: "I normally buy bread, milk, butter, sausage, cheese, eggs and meat."
