In the first photo it is summer and they are so happy because they are going to swim. In the second picture there is wind and some clouds. It is autumn, probably could rain. In the third picture, it is winter, there is ice and they are walking on it. It is cold there.
Thanks for your corrections!

Grammatically everything is correct, but in English they don't say "there is wind" or "there is ice". It is better to say "It is windy ".

Right now I cannot think of the appropriate word for "ice" in this context, but you will say "Ice is there" showing to your fridge if somebody asks for some ice to add in a drink.

It sounds weird if you say "they are so happy because". It is better to say "they are VERY happy because they are going to swim".

If you want to leave "they are SO happy" then write it in this form "they are SO happy THAT they forgot to pick up their toys".
