Are you asking me about the last football match that I saw?!? The European Cup, obviously :)
In particular, the last match: Italy vs. Spain.
I am not so passionate about football, but for me it's really pleasant to stay with friends or relatives watching this kind of matches and cheering (tifare) for the team of your country!!
That night I had to prepare an important university exam, but I decided to relax and to follow this adventure.
Unfortunately, this time hasn't finished so good: we conquered only the second, but indeed these matches are only a excuse to stay together, spending a different evening.
The reality is much more crude: a lot of people watched these matches and these really "super-payed" football player, without thinking to the difficult economic sitution that is hitting our countries.
In my opinion, this indicates how much sometimes our mind needs to tear away from the reality, in the illusion to be able to escape in a world in which, at least for 90 minutes, has made just of dreams of victory and pure sport competition.
Maybe, we have to reflect a bit more about this. . .
Anyway: honour of merit for the Spain for this adventure!!

It was the European Cup, obviously :) and in particular, the last match: Italy vs. Spain.  I am not so(very) passionate about football, but for me it's really pleasant to stay with friends or relatives and watch these kinds of matches and cheer  for the team of your country! That night I had to prepare an important university exam, but I decided to relax and to follow this adventure. Unfortunately, this time we didn't finish so well: we won only the second one, but, indeed, these matches are only an excuse to stay together, and spend a different evening. The reality is much more crude: a lot of people watched these matches and these highly overpaid football players, without thinking about the difficult economic sitution that is hitting our countries. In my opinion, this indicates how much our minds need to sometimes tear away from the reality, with the illusion of being able to escape into a world that, at least for 90 minutes, is made just of dreams of victory and pure sport competition. (pure competitive sports.) Maybe, we should reflect a bit more about this. Anyway, the honour of merit goes to Spain for this adventure!  (our minds=al plurale; my mind=al singolare)

Bravissima, come al solito.  Hai scritto bene con tante frasi complessi e senza molti errori. Complimenti.

Ciao~

Awesomely well-written, I have simply made a few changes involving plurals, and a few tweaks to make it even better! Close to perfect...
