The liver is a filter of a human body. The spine helps people to hold a posture. The intestine is one of the digestive organs.

Impressive vocabulary!

Only one thing, the spine (or spinal column) not only "helps people hold their posture", but actually holds the whole structure of human's sceleton up and together, not to mention that it encloses the spinal cord.
