In the mountains behind of the coast of my country situated in front of the mediterranean sea there are chestnut, oak, beech and other trees. The fauna is based on the normal south european animals.

Instead of 'behind of the coastal ' ,you should write 'in the coastal region or area'.

In The mountains, which are behind of the coast of my country, is situated in front of the Mediterranean Sea. There are chestnut, oak, beech and other trees. The fauna is based on the normal South European animals.

Really, really good. Keep at it. Just remember that in English most nouns are capitalised especially names of countries, oceans, people etc.
