Law and Justice

Do you think that the legal system always gives justice correctly?

This is a too large matter to sum up it here.The vocabulary first : justice or equity ? The notion of correctly : what this word means, correctly with a social focus, an human focus ,or a moral focus ? Legal system,yes but in which country with which political system ? And I don't speak about the fact that no one is objective.
I don't answer to the initial question, and let all these points opened. Perhaps because, questions are more important than answers, in many discussions ; and also perhaps, because, many years ago I studied Law matters in a Parisian university !

[1] 'correctly': do you mean "correction" (behavior change) or "correctness" (of procedure)?

[2] depending on context, we might say "legal affairs", "matters of law", "business law", or just "law".

Something I was reading recently contrasted the French focus on justice with the American focus on process. Sometimes, after a guilty verdict, evidence comes to light that undermines that verdict, but the prisoner is executed nonetheless, and the excuse is that "normal procedures were followed", as if that justifies an injustice.

Bonjour ,

For [1] I understand " correctly" in the title like : "correctement" ie to be fair , to give a good justice with equity and not with a technical meaning.

(this evening it seems tome difficult to write a good english...I apology for that).

For [2] matters of law.

Re,what you read , don't imagine that justice doesn't make mistakes here, but the difference is that the person is not executed.

But a recent article said that there is too much people in jail and it doesn't help. Because people, even if they were few month in jail, leaned bad things and they go on doing bad things.

It would be better to help them ,and have a look on them outside,by the means of tasks they have to do for the general interest.
