Do you usually go to a travel agency or do you prefer to organise the trip on your own? Why?

I prefer to organize my vacation on my own because I don't like travel agencys. In most cases you don't have the full overview about all things you can do in the area you're going to visit. So I use the internet to get information about hotels and sightseeings. Also you can see reviews and experiences from other users that already have been there.
