A bit of geography

What is the geography of your country like? Are there any rivers? Are there any mountains?

Panama is located at the narrowest and lowest part of the Isthmus of Panama, bordered by two oceans, the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans. Panama has a dense vegetation of rein forest with several protected Panama National Parks. Besides, it has archipelagos of tropical islands on both oceans. There are range of mountains in the east and west part of Panama. The volcano Baru is the tallest point with 3475 mt. In addition, Panama owns several beaches were you can practice almost all kinds of watersport such like surfing, windsurfing, sailing, among others.
