I choose the second photograph: there is a tornado in the center who spins in a violent way, destroying everything It finds. They born in wide areas, where the wind can spin fast without obstacles and create a rotating movement increasingly strong so that It's able to rase wooden houses and exterminate the animals who are there into the place where this event is developing.

They are generated born in wide, open areas, where the wind can spin fast without obstacles and create a rotating movement that grows increasingly stronger so that It's able to raise wooden houses and exterminate the animals that are there (in the place) where this event is occuring.

who = used for people.

This is very good.   I would just have said: 

... and create a rotating movement of increasing intensity / power ...... destroy / kill animals.

exterminate:  this sounds more to me like a premeditated action, e.g. exterminating vernim.   In my opinion, it is not the most appropriate word in that sentence.   I would go with DESTROY or KILL.
