I normally prefer to organize my holidays on my own. For example, if I want to visit a town, I collect information on the place I intend to tour, then I surf the web in order to find the best flight fare and the best hotel rate, in the most-suitable city location. And eventually I make a reservation. When I am requested, I provide with pleasure some feedback on the hotel accommodation and services.

This isn't bad Stefano, however I have to say I get caught up on the use of 'town' and then 'city location'. To me a town wouldn't have a 'city' just a 'town center'.  So perhaps 'central location', or just 'location' would be better. Or use something other than 'town', like 'destitnation'.

Here's my variations:

I normally prefer to organise my own holidays. For example, once I have chosen my destination, I collect information about it. I then use the web to find the best (or cheapest) airfare, the most-suitable city location (or a suitable central location) and the best hotel rates, before eventually making a reservation. If I am asked/(or If/When requested) to provide feedback on the accommodation and services, I do so with pleasure.
